I'm Md Afjal Hossan, a PTE Trainer at PointIT Coaching Center in Moulvibazar and a dedicated IT professional with a strong background across computer operations, customer service, and language coaching.
My journey began with a solid IT foundation — earning an IT Support Technician certification from NSDA and completing my HSC from Mymensingh Education Board. I went on to work as a Computer Operator at Marico Bangladesh Ltd. for over two years, developing expertise in systems management, data operations, and network administration.
I then broadened my horizons as Front Desk Staff at Backyard Resort, building strong interpersonal and operational skills in a hospitality environment. Today I channel all that experience into training the next generation of English language learners as a PTE Trainer at PointIT.
I speak Bengali natively and have strong English proficiency (C1 in both spoken production and writing), allowing me to deliver highly effective coaching to students preparing for their PTE exams.
